Kforce has a client that is seeking a Data Migration Tester in McLean, VA.Responsibilities:
Data Migration Tester will understand data flows for as is (source) and to be (target)
Create appropriate test scenarios
Test data preparation
Collaborate with developers to understand/learn/develop "how to test"
Collaborate with BAs/business stakeholders to understand/learn "what to test-
As a Data Migration Tester, you will participate in defect triage, test planning
Run tests and document results
5 years of testing experience
Attention to detail
Backend and data related verification and testing
Self-starter with the ability to identify information gaps and escalate as needed
Ability to consume mapping documents, system specifications, design documents, data models, etc.
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
