Job Summary The Director of Development &Communications works synergistically with leadership to develop andimplement the organization\'s fundraising, marketing, outreach, andcommunications strategies. This includes building key relationships andcontacts to ensure fundraising revenue goals are met. In addition, theDirector of Development & Communications will build and maintain PCHC\'spositive brand image through marketing, public relations, and outreachefforts. Responsibilities Grant Writing and Management a. Conduct publicand private sector grant research and proposal submission processes. b.Serve as the primary liaison with funders to ensure grant goals arebeing met. c. Work with finance and program staff to meet timelysubmission of grant reports. Donor Relations a. Lead fundraising effortswith individuals, corporations, and foundations including annual funddevelopment planning, prospect identification, and donor cultivation. b.Manage donor database and gift acknowledgments. Marketing a. Overseemarketing activities and supervise the Outreach department. b. Directthe development of internal and external communication strategiesconsistent with the agency\'s brand. c. Manage the coordination andproduction of marketing collateral including annual reports,newsletters, brochures, websites, social media, and fundraising campaignmaterials. Community Relations a. Oversee strategies to increase theagency\'s visibility and partnerships in support of effective outreach,community presence, and fundraising objectives. b. Attend civic andsocial functions on behalf of the agency. This may include participationin special committees and workgroups. Special Events a.
