Description

　　Highly skilled and visionary candidates will be excited about this stand out law firm's immediate opening for a Paralegal. Driven candidates who can balance multiple responsibilities, possess good computer skills and have a deep-seated interest for the legal industry are encouraged to apply. This position can sit out of either the Jonesboro, or Decatur office locations.

　　Key responsibilities

　　Ability to manage a heavy, fast-paced personal injury caseload

　　Draft and review pleadings, motions, and demand letters

　　Support with e-filing and case management

　　Data base management of all relevant documents

　　Requirements

　　Attention to detail and accuracy, and discretion

　　Confidence in taking ownership of projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing

　　Discovery experience desired

　　Foundational knowledge in e-Filing in Georgia

　　Expertise in Personal Injury Litigation

　　Exceptional communication skills that provide the ability to interact with all levels of the organization with a high customer service orientation

　　Strong problem solving and analytical skills

　　Should possess a thorough knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets
