The paralegal for this role will be to handle; e-filing with both State and Federal Court, preparing for trials, hearings, depositions, drafting legal documents such as subpoenas for medical records and pleadings...Insurance background is a plus! 　　Experienced paralegal, Litigation, Insurance background, preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions; drafting legal documents such as subpoenas for medical records and pleadings; assisting in case analysis meeting all applicable deadlines; e-filing with both State and Federal Courts; summarizing medical and billing records; summarizing depositions; and managing cases from inception to completion.
