Description

　　Pay $90,000 - $93,000 annually

　　The position will promote and restores patients' health by developing day-to-day management and long-term planning of the patient care area; directing and developing staff; collaborating with providers and multidisciplinary professional staffs; providing physical and psychological support for patients, friends, and families.

　　Core Responsibilities

　　Accomplishes nursing human resource objectives.

　　Meets nursing operational and financial standards.

　　Identifies patient service requirements by establishing personal rapport.

　　Maintains nursing policies and procedures.

　　Assures quality of care.

　　Required Abilities

　　Able to manage time independently.

　　Professionalism in all interactions and decision making

　　Use of good judgment based on regulatory and quality standards

　　Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality

　　Exercise tact, discretion and judgment in working with a variety of people

　　Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances are warranted

　　Must be energetic and team oriented

　　Strong customer service skills

　　Effective verbal, written and interpersonal skills

　　Qualifications

　　AAS Degree in Nursing preferred or 5 years’ experience

　　Valid NYS RN license and current registration preferred.

　　Must have a valid NYS Driver’s License.
