Description

　　Robert Half is partnering with an established company with an office in Palm Beach Gardens in seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Paralegal with a strong background in litigation claims to join their dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing litigation claims and is eager to learn and grow in their corporate legal setting. Excellent opportunity for a litigation paralegal seeking to make a move to a corporate environment. This position is 100% on site in the Palm Beach Gardens office location. Hours are normally 8:30 am - 5:00 pm but some flexibility may be afforded if necessary.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Provide comprehensive support to the Assistant General Counsel in managing and overseeing litigation claims in coordination with outside counsel.

　　Assist in the preparation of discovery requests/responses.

　　Assist in the preparation and review of corporate documents, contracts, and agreements.

　　Conduct legal research and analysis on corporate matters as needed.

　　Collaborate with in-house counsel on various legal projects and initiatives.

　　Organize and maintain legal files and records related to litigation claims and corporate matters.

　　Facilitate communication between internal teams and external legal partners.

　　Requirements

　　Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certification.

　　Proven experience supporting attorneys in a corporate legal department setting or in a litigation practice with claims management (preferably defense).

　　Strong written and verbal communication skills.

　　Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
