Espey is currently looking for a Director of Human Resources who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department and ensuring that HR policies and procedures align within company goals and objectives. Duties will include:* Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align within the company overall objectives* Managing the recruitment and selection process, including HR sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating job offers* Conducting data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR processes* Overseeing employee onboarding, and training programs* Managing employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management* Managing all employee benefit programs.* Managing the Employee Stock Ownership (ESOP) and 401(k) plan.* Ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations* Developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment* Collaborating with senior leadership to develop and implement HR policies and procedures* Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
Required skills include:* Bachelor degree in Business or Human Resources, and a minimum of 10 years of related experience is preferred.* Strong knowledge of human resources management principles and best practices* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization* Strong problem-solving skills to address complex HR issues* Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
Salary range : $75,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year based on experience.
