Reputable Bay Area law firm looking to hire Litigation Paralegal to join their team. These are great positions for paralegals looking to grow their litigation skills!
As a Litigation Paralegal, you'll play a vital role in supporting their talented attorneys and ensuring the smooth operation of their litigation practice. You'll be involved in all stages of the litigation process, from initial case assessment to trial preparation and beyond.
Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and prepare case analyses.
Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Manage and organize case files and electronic documents.
Prepare exhibits and witness materials for depositions and trials.
Assist with discovery requests and responses.
Schedule and attend meetings, hearings, and depositions.
Maintain accurate calendars and deadlines.
Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in paralegal studies or paralegal certification.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal.
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented and highly accurate.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
