Employees are to ensure sustainable process outputs that drive continuous improvement to provide leading industry performance and exceptional customer satisfaction.

　　QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent preferredMinimum of 1 year of related experienceAbility to read and follow work orders and numerical instructions.Knowledge of quality assurance and self-inspection techniquesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivated and detail-orientedTeam orientationCrane operation experience preferred but not required.Forklift operation experience preferred but not required.Big Joe operation experience preferred but not required.
