　　Insight Global is looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join one of their Life and Science client's onsite in Vernon Hills. The Paid Media Specialist plays a crucial role in developing and implementing effective paid media strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive traffic, and maximize ROI. This position requires a keen understanding of digital advertising platforms, strong analytical skills, and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　Create comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with overall business objectives.

　　 Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms such as Google and Microsoft Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.

　　 Effectively manage and allocate budgets to achieve optimal performance and ROI for each campaign.

　　 Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and phrases for campaign targeting.

　　 Develop compelling and creative ad copies that resonate with the target audience and adhere to brand guidelines.

　　 Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimize ad creatives, targeting parameters, and other campaign elements.

　　 Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, extract meaningful insights, and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.

　　 Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and platform updates to ensure campaigns are innovative and effective.
