Description: Packer

　　We are looking to bring on packing associates at the end of our production line. New packers will be placed into the required training class and graduate from training to make it to our production floor. We produce various aluminum components ranging from small hand held parts to 20ft long beams of all shapes and sizes, understanding how to pack these products is crucial. New associates will be aware of the predetermined requirements before training, 12 hours shifts, rotating schedules, and being comfortable staying on your feet all day. Our new associates will be placed with our seasoned packers to properly learn the packing process as well as getting comfortable with the facility. Working with the team is necessary to keep up with the demand in the packing area, we are hoping to bring on team players who can get the job done together. Teamwork is a critical element that will be assessed daily, teamwork will improve proper record keeping and the ability to keep up with the work order demands. 　　Training: 1 week

　　Once you have taken a tour of our facility and are brought in for you first week you will need to work the required training hours shown below.

　　Training hours - 8am - 4pm - Orientation/Training - Monday - Friday.

　　Once you have graduated from the training class you will switch to your selected shift.

　　Shift and Schedule:

　　1st shift - 7am - 7pm - $17.85/Hourly

　　2nd Shift - 7pm -7am - 18.40/Hourly

　　List week will be 8am to 4pm for orientation/training (Monday to Friday)

　　Skills:

　　Packaging, Loading, Material handling, Stacking, Inventory, labelling, Picking, Rf scanner, General labor, Pick.

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　-1+ years of packing experience in a manufacturing setting.

　　-Ability to read and understand work directions

　　-Ability to lift up to 35 pounds as needed
