Job Duties Include:

Perform payroll functions in an accurate and timely manner

Submit payroll taxes in a timely manner

Conduct reconciliation of all accounts on a monthly basis

Maintain and balance the general ledger

Perform accounts payable functions including reviewing, coding, and processing payments

Perform account receivable functions including invoicing, deposits, collections, and revenue recognition

Prepare financial reports

Requirements

Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

2-3 years relevant experience working in accounting and bookkeeping

Intermediate to Advance Microsoft Excel Skills

Proven skills in QuickBooks

Thorough knowledge and understanding of GAAP

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to work independently or with a team
