　　Your Role and Responsibilities

　　As a Package Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients' business environment and achieve business results.

　　Specifically, you will:

　　Support the translation of client business requirements into SCM solutions, including requirements approval, communication, traceability and reuse

　　Contribute to the transfer of functional requirements to development and test teams

　　Stay abreast on updates and new releases in SCM technologies

　　Provide end user classroom training on the configured SCM functionalities before go-live and individual training during hyper-care after the cut-over

　　Identify, develop, and deploy end-user solutions in SCM systems. Use your deep domain knowledge and familiarity with the SCM platform, you will ensure that client business requirements are met while providing a variety of advisory services around project management, business process development, implementation support and end-user training.

　　Required Technical and Professional Expertise

　　1 or more full life cycle SCM project implementations

　　2+ years of experience implementing and working SCM solution

　　Good working knowledge of SCM solution including all related data model and planning algorithms

　　Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines

　　Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

　　At least 5 years consulting experience

　　SCM Solution Certification

　　1 year project experience working with global and offshore project team
