Holcomb serves a diverse population, covering the entire age and diagnostic spectrum.Schedule: Full-Time and Part-Time Available with Hybrid (In-Office and Work From Home) FlexibilityProgram: Mental Health Outpatient (Master's Level Clinicians)Location: Upper Darby, PAPay Rate: $30+/hour Billable Rate; $15/hour Non-Billable Rate - Billable Rate Dependent on ExperienceJob Functions:Conduct formal clinical assessments of newly admitted clientsDevelop and oversee the implementation of treatment plansProvide crisis assessment and stabilization services, as clinically necessaryUtilize education and knowledge of mental illnesses and disabilities, symptoms, treatments, and social implications to provide therapy to individuals and familiesConduct individual, family, or group therapy, as clinically indicated, including maintaining a clinically appropriate balance between treatment modalitiesComplete accurate and timely clinical documentation, including but not limited to progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summariesProvide the full provision of clinically indicated services and the supporting documentation based on established best practices of care and in full compliance with licensure standardsMaintain strong working relationships with other local providers, client advocacy groups, and client support systemsImplement clinical service delivery goals consistent with overall agency goals and policy/proceduresReport to direct supervisor, and other administrative staff as required, in a timely and comprehensive mannerComplete other responsibilities as assigned by the direct supervisorMaintain personal compliance with all training requirements and personnel documentation standardsMaintain professional licensure and/or certification in the designated state(s) of serviceMinimum Requirements:Education:  Master's degree in a clinical discipline (i.e., clinical or counseling psychology, clinical social work) for mental health therapistsExperience:  Clinical Practicum must be completedRequired Clearances:  Pennsylvania Act 33 & 34 clearance, FBI clearance, Verification that employee is not on any Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion listNote: At the discretion of the Personnel Officer, additional related experience and/or education may be substituted instead of the requirements specified under Education and ExperienceCompensation Package: Chimes-Holcomb offers a generous benefits package to all employees who work a minimum of 30 hours per week. Benefits are available on the first day of a new month after completing 30 days of employment. Health insurance, including a flexible spending account, medical, dental, and vision are included. Paid holidays in addition to earned paid time off, 403(B) with company match, and 1-year salary of life insurance are available as well. Some benefits are available to employees working between 25-29 hours per week. Eligible employees can choose to participate in our transportation subsidy program, disability insurance, employee recognition programs, and referral bonuses.
