Hiring for 100% Remote Outbound Sales Representatives to work for an Accounting Software Company!

　　Description:

　　Will be responsible for calling out to current and potential customers looking to qualify and schedule them to meet with an Account Executive.

　　As the first line of communication with prospects and current customers, ideal candidates have a strong understanding of the sales process, starting new relationships, and setting our Account Executives up for success.

　　They should be a quick learner with strong communication skills. Every potential customer is an opportunity to assist with our sales organization’s revenue growth, customer acquisition, and profitability.

　　They will be asking discovery questions to see if the prospect can benefit from the products.

　　This team supports the sales team, they will not be managing accounts. Workers will need to be flexible in the role with the possibility of moving from phone to chat and/or chat to phone.

　　Qualifications:

　　Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calling)

　　Track record of achieving sales quotas

　　Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)

　　Understanding of sales performance metrics

　　Excellent communication skills
