Support the delivery of organizational development programs and offerings in a dynamic and global environment- taking full ownership of the execution to ensure that our target audience is extremely satisfied and the training goals are met.Assist in organizational assessment - Help administer and analyze engagement surveys, performance management, and talent development, gather feedback, and work with HRBPs to implement the processes globally.Data analysis and reporting:
Maintain accurate records of organizational development activities, assessments, and training programs.Analyze data related to organizational development efforts and prepare comprehensive reports for management review.Manage vendors.4.Collaborative projects: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support various organizational development projects, initiatives, and activities to foster a culture of excellence.
5.Design & facilitate -Prepare learning materials and take part in designing and facilitating workshops, mainly for HRBPs and First-line managers
6.Be a pioneer on industry trends,best practices, and emerging technologies within organizational development to bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the team.
Your Experience & Skills
2 years of experience as an OD specialist / L&D specialist in a global organization- a mustExperience in a global environment/ scaling teams - a must.Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.Strong passion for organizational development - a mustExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.Consulting & coaching skills with proven ability to be positioned as a trusted associate.Detail-oriented mindset and strong analytical abilities to assess organizational processes and recommend improvements.Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.Knowledge of organizational development concepts, methodologies, and best practicesProfessional English - verbal & written. Ability to operate freely in an English-speaking work environment - a Must.
