We are seeking a Laboratory Project Set-Up Coordinator to join Q2 Solutions, IQVIA’s laboratory business  Remote.

　　In this position you will provide project related support; assist with designing, loading, and validation of Laboratory databases using Clinical Trials Management System(s); ensure work is conducted in line with standard operating procedures, policies, and good practice.

　　What you’ll be doing:

　　• Assist with study validation activities

　　• Research problems, gather information, and liaise with lab colleagues to help ensure projects are set-up in line with established procedures and customer requirements

　　• Configure project database, where applicable

　　• Maintain accurate project documentation files

　　• Keep Setup Managers, Project Managers and other relevant staff informed of any issues that may affect the smooth running of the project

　　• Participate in local and global improvement projects as defined by the relevant process improvement management team. Participate in internal audits, as required.

　　• Work performed is in accordance with ICH E6 Guideline for Good Clinical Practice.

　　What We Are Looking For:

　　• High School Diploma or other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.

　　• Bachelor's Degree Science field or related Preferred.

　　• 1+ years relevant experience (Clinical, Medical or Healthcare industry preferred).

　　The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities needed for this role:

　　• Good organizational and operational skills. Good accuracy and attention to detail.

　　• Good written and verbal communication skills including good command of English language.

　　• Computer proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications.

　　• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable.

　　• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, and clients.

　　• Knowledge of Laboratory processes and computer systems helpful.

　　The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $50,900.00 - $76,400.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
