　　Responsibilities

　　icking orders Using a Cherry Picker, walkie rider or Reach Truck. Talent will be responsible to picker orders at a 95% efficiency rate with 13 Picks per hour. THE TALENT NEEDS TO HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH EITHER A REACH TRUCK OR WALKKIE RIDER AND THEY WILL TRAIN ON THE OTHER FORKLIFTS.

　　Requirements: Steel- Toe Shoes

　　Soft skills to look for: Being able to use a Cherry Picker would be great

　　Things to avoid: Late attendance, Phone usage, Call outs,

　　Screenings required :Background screening and Drug Screening

　　PPE Required: Steel toe shoes or will be sent home

　　The essential functions of this role include:

　　wearing steel toe shoes

　　manual lifting up to 50lbs

　　standing for 8 hours at one time

　　working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
