  The Role: Specialist, Order Management

  The Team:

  The Order Management Team in Noida is responsible for contract validations and booking, processing all type of customers’ transactions including invoices & credits. Other activities include and are not limited to handling disputes and queries, reporting, reconciliations, participate in special projects.

  The Impact:

  Order management touches virtually every system and process in the supply chain. An Order Management System is the main step in generating revenue.

  Responsibilities

  Contract entry into billing system

  Contract validation in line with established procedure and policies

  Invoices generation & delivery

  Working closely with Finance, Legal and Sales teams to ensure accuracy of contract submission

  Handling order management tickets by solving the queries raised by stakeholders

  Documents retention

  What We’re Looking For:

  Bachelor’s degree in Finances/Economy or similar

  Fluency in English

  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  Good organization of work, ability to prioritize and attention to detail

  Ability to analyze and understand data

  Flexibility to work in India/UK time zone
