Description:

　　The Source to Pay (S2P) Subject Matter Expert (SME) is part of the Source to Pay team at the organization. Reporting to the Director, Operational Performance Excellence, this key position will be relied upon as the principal subject matter expert for the Oracle Cloud module and functional leader on the S2P value stream. The function of the S2P SME is to elicit, analyze, specify, validate, and document the stated and implicit needs of the business as it relates to the company’s sourcing and supply chain goals. This candidate will serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the project team to define business and system processes through workflows and written requirements to support the migration from legacy systems to Oracle ERP Cloud. 　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　• Assist business stakeholders with testing of system changes and analyze data flows for process improvement opportunities.

　　• Ability to synthesize high-level concepts surrounding new work requests into a set of business requirements.

　　• Collaborates with Oracle Consultants and IT Business Analysts to configure the Oracle Cloud product to support initial implementation and subsequent process optimization efforts.

　　• Understand integration points with other systems that interface with the application, evaluate and minimize ripple effects.

　　• Provide support to end-users and other subject matter experts, including managing issue resolution and performing root cause analysis as needed.

　　• Create training materials and perform training of procurement teams and other related business streams.
