Summary of Role:

GlobalFoundries Fab 9 is seeking a new college graduate engineer to joinour Functional Electrical Test Characterization team. This role requiresan organized individual with strong communication skills. The individualwill have responsibilities to characterize signals from all sources(wafer test, kerf test, and inline), define and drive yield improvementprojects while balancing the business objectives. The individual will beresponsible for working across multiple teams within and outside ofGlobalFoundries and have both direct and indirect communication withcustomers.

Essential Responsibilities include:

Monitoring electrical performance tends, disposition of holds atelectrical test, support general/urgent fab operational issues,analysis for material and change review board, abnormal productinvestigations, yield analysis, improvement plansSupport process module engineering activities to improve cost,cycle-time, and manufacturing robustnessDevelop and improve yield characterization and data analysismethodologies to rapidly determine yield limiters, correlation toin-line defectivity, and electrical parametric signalsOther Responsibilities:

Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and supportall Environmental, Health, Safety Security requirements andprograms.Required Qualifications:

Education - Graduating with a Bachelors in n Electrical/ComputerEngineering or related field from an accredited degree program.Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and proven good academicstanding.Language Fluency - English (Written Verbal)Travel - Up to 10%Preferred Qualifications:

Prior related internship or co-op experience.Demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, schoolprojects, competitions, etc.Project management skills, i.e. the ability to innovate and executeon solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.Strong written and verbal communication skillsStrong planning organizational skillsExperience - 1+ years experience in semiconductor industryCustomer facing experience is plus#NCGProgram

Expected Salary Range

$52,500.00 - $107,000.00

The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experienceand location.
