　　Job Description:

　　Work on support tickets with defined SLAs

　　Work with customer users

　　Stakeholder management

　　Represent PPM work stream for offshore team members

　　Work on enhancements in Project Module space

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　A minimum of three years of experience with Oracle Fusion AMS/Development experience with PPM Focus

　　High School Diploma or GED

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Bachelor’s degree

　　Client Facing role experience

　　Offshore team management experience
