  Function Description:

  The Colleague Services and Digital Capabilities (CSDC) organization within the Colleague Experience Group (CEG - also known as Human Resources) at American Express plays a critical role in providing the outstanding services, capabilities, data, and insights that enable a great colleague experience. We build, run, and evolve the incredible platforms, products and services that enable colleagues to do their best work every single day.

  This role will report to the Manager of Digital Product Solution Design within CSDC. As part of this team, you will manage reporting build along with the support and uplift of existing ones. You will partner with HR operations, product, and Technology engineering to unlock the full potential of our HR systems.

  Job responsibilities include:

  Developing reports and analytics using Oracle HCM Cloud reporting tools and technologies i.e. BI Publisher, HCM Extract, OTBI and Dashboards.

  Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Oracle HCM Cloud reports.

  Staying up to date with the latest Oracle HCM Cloud releases, updates, and features.

  Investigation and resolution of system and technical errors. Troubleshoot systems and data and generate solutions which may include systems modifications improvements or new procedures.

  Identify and analyse operational and systems issues and opportunities and produce effective solutions.

  Collaborate with CEG teams, Technology and other partners supporting roadmaps and looking for process improvements with our Oracle HCM products.

  Key Qualifications:

  3 years’ experience as report developer role with Oracle HCM Cloud implementation or support.

  Deep technical skills in Oracle HCM Cloud, including expertise in BI Publisher, HCM Extract, OTBI and Dashboards.

  Worked on RTF, Excel, E-text, XSLT.

  A good balance of discernment and technical knowledge with a proven track record of driving platform changes with a customer-first approach

  Ability to push the boundaries of existing technologies and processes.

  Good understanding of HR business processes, HR data models, and HR industry standard methodologies.

  Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
