　　As the Oracle HCM Lead for the Nordic region, you will:

　　Provide strategic direction for the Oracle HCM practice, aligning with organizational goals and client needs.

　　Lead client interactions, understanding their business requirements, and delivering tailored Oracle HCM solutions.

　　Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

　　Foster a collaborative team environment, mentoring and guiding team members to achieve excellence.

　　Stay abreast of industry trends, bring fresh ideas, and champion innovative approaches to Oracle HCM implementation.

　　We are looking for someone who:

　　Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience leading Oracle HCM projects.

　　In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules and a successful track record of implementation.

　　Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, driving successful project outcomes.

　　Strong client management skills with the ability to understand and address client needs effectively.

　　Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

　　Relevant Oracle HCM certifications will be a strong advantage.

　　Proven ability to analyze complex problems and provide innovative solutions.

　　Understanding of the business landscape and cultural nuances in the Nordic region is a plus.
