　　Role: Oracle EBS HR Payroll Techno-Functional Lead

　　Location: Sleepy Hollow, NY

　　Qualifications:

　　* Solid experience in Oracle EBS R12.2.10 Core HR, Payroll and Time & Labor modules.

　　* Should have performed hands on activities in configuring balances, elements, fast formulas, Time entry rules, Time Validation rules, garnishments, earnings, and deductions.

　　* Experience in Payroll processing, post processing activities, configuring of pay slips.

　　* Should have worked on yearly Roll Up patches impact assessment for HRMS and year end patches for HRMS/Payroll.

　　* Experience in supporting the configuration and personalization of Timecard templates and layouts for Oracle OTL.

　　* Knowledge about HR Security roles and responsibilities configuration. HR Security Profiles.

　　* Understanding of Oracle Reports, Interfaces, XML Publisher reports, RTF templates customization.

　　* Should understand the interface troubleshooting and fixes.

　　* Worked on Page functional personalization for Payroll EBS pages and OTL EBS pages.

　　* Should be able to work with Client in a fast-moving support environment and should be able to work with offshore team.

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　* Should have 10+ years of strong hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R12.2.10 Core HR, Payroll and Time & Labor modules.

　　* Must have sound understanding of Oracle Reports, Interfaces, XML Publisher reports, RTF templates customization.

　　Salary and Other Compensation:

　　The annual salary for this position is between $104,300/YR- $ 143,300/YR depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

　　This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
