　　As a Nurse Practitioner inyou'll provide top-notch care and patientexperience. Throughout the day you'll collaborate with knowledgeablePhysicians

　　You will provide coverage at multiple practice venue options: inpatienthospice unit, inpatient hospital palliative care consultative service,palliative care at home, palliative care in ambulatory clinic, homehospice (IDT, home visits/F2F visits)

　　Your experience.

But we also expect excellence, whichis why we require:Minimum of two years of experience working in a defined Palliative Care orHospice setting, strongly preferredLicensed as a Nurse Practitioner of Colorado or able to obtain, requiredGraduate of an accredited School of NursingCurrent DEA and full prescriptive authority, requiredExperience with pain management is a plusBi-Lingual in Spanish, strongly preferred
