　　Location: Rochester, NY or REMOTE with Milestone Travel

　　Job Summary:

　　We have an immediate need for a highly skilled Functional Lead with expertise in at least two full cycle Oracle Cloud Payroll Lead rollouts. You will be in a client-facing role servicing global clients and converting their requirements into applicable optimal solutions.

　　Job Responsibilities:

　　Help clients understand leading business processes so they can transform their business with Oracle Cloud.Lead, coach and advise a small project team in addition to managing their performance (depending upon the structure of a project).Conduct Design Workshops and Perform Gap/Fit Assessment. Give clients options for designs using prototypes.Set up, document, and test the Oracle system; understand and apply Oracle methodologies.Support Design of Data Migration activities and Interfaces to ADP and Banks.Be proficient in building and executing Payroll Parallel Testing Strategies.Collaborate with Technical Leads and offshore Payroll Generalists in delivering the Project.Work with clients and stakeholders to make sure they get where they want to go.Stay in the know on leading industry trends and Oracle features to give your clients the best solutions for their needs.Identify strategies, risks and options, and then recommend approaches that sidestep problems and help clients and functions meet their needs.Minimum Qualifications:

　　* Minimum 5 years of current US Oracle Cloud Payroll experience in a functional lead role.

　　* Minimum of 2 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations.

　　* Minimum of 10+ years in the payroll space (Oracle or PeopleSoft).

　　* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

　　* Oracle Cloud Certification in Payroll and other HCM Cloud modules.

　　* Proficiency in: Design business process, lead key configuration workshops, identify GAPs, identify RICEW, and design functionality and test plans, and perform testing.

　　Salary and Other Compensation:

　　The annual salary for this position is between $142,300/YR- $ 183,800/YR depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

　　This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
