　　We are currently seeking aOracle Agile PLM Consultant to join our team in Mexico.

　　The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in Oracle Agile PLM, with a proven track record of successful implementations and an ability to provide strategic guidance to clients. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding business processes, and delivering customized Oracle Agile PLM solutions to meet client requirements.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Consultation and Needs Analysis: Engage with clients to understand their business processes and requirements related to product lifecycle management. Conduct needs assessments and provide expert guidance on how Oracle Agile PLM can address client challenges. Solution Design and Customization: Design and architect Oracle Agile PLM solutions tailored to client specifications. Customize and configure Oracle Agile PLM modules to align with client business processes and goals. Implementation Leadership: Lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle Agile PLM solutions, ensuring successful deployment within scope, timeline, and budget. Collaborate with client teams and stakeholders to achieve project milestones. Integration and Data Migration: Work with technical teams to integrate Oracle Agile PLM with other enterprise systems. Lead data migration efforts to ensure seamless transfer of information into the Oracle Agile PLM platform. User Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users to maximize utilization of Oracle Agile PLM functionalities. Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and implement resolutions. Best Practices and Continuous Improvement: Stay current on Oracle Agile PLM industry best practices and emerging trends. Advise clients on opportunities for process improvements and system optimization. Documentation and Knowledge Transfer: Develop comprehensive documentation of Oracle Agile PLM configurations, customizations, and integrations. Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions for client teams.

　　Qualifications:

　　Proven experience as an Oracle Agile PLM Consultant In-depth knowledge of Oracle Agile PLM modules, including PC, PQM, and PCM. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Java, JSP, SQL, and other relevant programming languages. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Outstanding communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Relevant Oracle certifications in Agile PLM are highly desirable. 4+ experience in Oracle Niche Technologies-Agile PLM
