　　DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:Growth OperatorEaston, Team B (Days) Shift Alter Wed/Thurs/Fri/Sat 6am-6pm

　　Production Operators

　　KEY JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:We are currently seeking self-motivated Operators for our manufacturing and production operation to join our growing facility located in Easton, PA.

　　All Operators will be responsible for the following job functions:* Preparation of raw materials, seeds, and hot zone components for crystal growth. Monitors and adjusts temperature, pressure, power and other process parameters.* Operation of crystal growth, annealing, vacuum and other related technological equipment.* Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and directives.* Maintaining order and cleanliness in the crystal growth and charge preparations areas.* Participation in the equipment maintenance programs.* Participation in other duties as assigned.

　　The ideal candidate will have the following experience and requirements:* 1-2 years' experience preferred in a production environment.* High School Diploma or equivalent is required.* Experience with networked PC based computer systems. (Microsoft Office and Outlook)* Must be technically inclined with mechanical skills.* Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and procedures while offering suggestions for continuous improvement

　　ITAR/Export ComplianceThis job requires that an individual come into contact with raw materials, products, equipment / machines, software or technology controlled by the Export Administration Regulations or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations.
