This role will support the Sherman campus' alternative shift (Friday/Saturday/Sunday). We are seeking a hands-on, problem-solver with leadership and communication skills to lead the team and collaborate with peers to complete established operation metrics for safety, quality, customer service, and efficiency. 　　In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

　　Optimally manage day-to-day operations, including supervising and developing employees

　　Ensuring the safety of all manufacturing employees and driving a strong safety culture

　　Reviewing, monitoring, and following up on area results to ensure quality, safety, timely delivery, and efficiency goals are met

　　Be directly responsible for driving efficiency through continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and training

　　Developing standardized work for improved training and control of our manufacturing processes

　　The core work schedule is a 5:30AM to 6:30PM Friday/Saturday/Sunday. You are encouraged to attend meetings or trainings during the week as required.

　　Who You Are:

　　You build a structured game plan. You balance planning with actions. You seek ways to improve processes, from small tweaks to complete reengineering. You establish clear responsibilities and processes for monitoring work and measuring results. You effectively communicate in various settings: one-on-one, small, and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels.

　　For This Role, You Will Need:

　　Three (3) years of functional and/or operational experience in a manufacturing environment

　　Two (2) years of supervisory experience leading all aspects of a team

　　Legal authorization to work in the United States - sponsorship will not be provided for this position

　　Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

　　Bachelor’s Degree

　　Oracle, Trax shipping system, and lean Manufacturing training / experience

　　Basic knowledge of the principles of personnel management, supervision, and training of staff

　　Ability to optimally apply interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships through cross-departmental collaboration
