　　Overview

　　Provide members and guest with private fitness training and instruction. Requires excellent guest service, an accredited fitness certification and the professionalism that supports the property as well as the brand positioning.

　　Responsibilities

　　Perform scheduled training sessions in accordance with fitness policies and procedures and brand standards

　　Restock weights and fitness equipment and ensure neatness of the fitness area

　　Provide high level of guest service at all times to all members and spa guest

　　Comply with fitness associates team rules and be available to work A.M. and P.M shifts to accommodate clients schedules

　　Adhere to all company policies and procedures

　　Perform any other fitness related job duties as assigned

　　Qualifications

　　Current nationally recognized or accredited personal training certification

　　Current CPR / AED certification

　　2 or more years of personal training experience

　　Excellent communication skills

　　Able to perform physical fitness duties of lifting, bending and standing for long periods of time

　　Recommended: Outgoing personality, energetic, professional, reliable, dependable, and flexible schedule
