　　PAY: 100,000 - 137.000JOB SUMMARY: : MCSG is seeking an Operations Specialist Journeyman tosupport the 392d Combat Training Squadron (392 CTS) Operations Flight atSchriever SFB, CO. The 392 CTS Operations Flight provides technicalknowledge and skill in using specialized modeling and simulation (M&S)applications (e.g., GPS Environment Generator (GEG), Missile DefenseSpace-Warning Tool (MDST), Automated Scriptor Simulator Exercise Trainer(ASSET), Processing Display System-Migration (PDS-M),TRS-Dashboard, etc.) to provide external customers with space,electronic intelligence (ELINT), signals intelligence (SIGINT),communications intelligence (COMINT), and overhead persistent infrared(OPIR) indications in live, virtual, and constructive environments.The OS JNY serves as the technical expert in these operational areas relevantto the planning and execution of exercises, demonstrations, and specialevent aPRIMARY DUTIES:Plan, coordinate, integrate, and execute 392 CTS operational M&Scapabilities in support of exercises, demonstrations, special eventassessmentsTranslate operational-level training requirements into recommended technicalapproaches to satisfy Distributed Mission Operations - Space (DMO-S)requirementsIdentify system shortfalls and assist in defining requirements for new M&Stools and Space Crew Mission SimulatorsReview technical documentation, support demonstrations, test, and/orspecial event assessments involving new Space M&S and simulator systemsProvide support to set up, integrate, test, operate, and troubleshoot392 CTS M&S equipment and infrastructure supporting exercises,demonstrations, and special event assessmentsSupport 392 CTS's System Implementation Process (SIP) to facilitate thetransition of M&S requirements into technical solutionsPerform other tasks and duties as required to ensure the success of 392CTS's support to exercises, demonstrations, and special event assessmentsREQUIREMENTS:Operational experience using or providing missile warning, ELINT,SIGINT, or COMINT capabilitiesSelf-motivated, detail-oriented with excellent time management,problem-solving, risk analysis, and organizational skillsProven ability to meet strict deadlines, prioritize work, and managemultiple assignments simultaneously without supervisionProficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel,Outlook, etc.)Ability to work flexible hours in support of international mission supportWorldwide travel may be required (approximate travel: up to 30 days/year)PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Experience using or operating Missile Defense Space-Warning Tool (MDST),Automated Scriptor Simulator Exercise Trainer (ASSET), ProcessingDisplay System-Migration (PDS-M), TRS-Dashboard, Space-Based InfraredSystem Standard Space Trainer (SBIRS SST), GPS Environment Generator(GEG), etcFamiliar with Distributed Interactive Simulation (DIS) and High-LevelArchitecture (HLA)Familiar with air and/or space DMO capabilitiesPreferred Career Field Identifiers (e.g., AFSC, MOS)USAF: 1C6XX, 1N2A, 1N2CUSSF: 5I2A, 5I2CUSMC: 2621, 2629, 2631US Army: 35N, 35S, 35F, 35ARELEVANT EXPERIENCE: Five years of operational space experience.EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Bachelor's degree from an accredited universityor college.
