　　Position Summary:

　　The Director of Hospital Applications & Support is responsible for all hospital based software applications, application maintenance and upgrades, and new system implementations.

　　Location: 629 Centre Street, Brockton, MA

　　Department: Information Systems

　　This is a full-time 40 hour/week position

　　Responsibilities:

　　Responsible for day to day system management and user support and enforcing project management standards.

　　Management, development and coaching of direct report team members and ensuring the team has a proper balance of subject matter.

　　Seven or more years of experience working as an IT application manager.

　　BASIC KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/APTITUDE/EXPERIENCE:

　　Extensive experience with Ambulatory and/or Healthcare application implementations

　　Expertise and leadership skills

　　Seven or more years of experience working in a healthcare IT management role

　　Education/Experience/Licenses/Technical/Other:

　　Education: Education equivalent to Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business, or other related discipline or the equivalent in related work experience.

　　Experience (Type & Length): Seven or more years of IT Management experience, leading mid to large size teams in complex, fast-moving business environments to achieve measurable results. Knowledge and experience with system implementation processes and standards. Demonstrated experience managing people.

　　Software/Hardware: Meditech experience preferred
