Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Operations Specialist in SCOTTSDALE, Arizona. The role primarily involves fleet operation administration in the logistics industry. As an Operations Specialist, you will be expected to maintain accurate fleet files, manage vendor relationships, and ensure data integrity. You will also be responsible for customer invoicing and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining a complete and accurate fleet file

• Utilize system reports to analyze fleet data for location and disposition status

• Maintain current and complete equipment details within Global Intermodal Equipment Registry (GIER)

• Develop and maintain strong and productive relationships with vendors

• Monitor data integrity related to on-hire and off-hire transactions

• Utilize system reports to identify and research data errors and make necessary corrections

• Research and resolve daily EDI transaction with systems updates

• Process timely and accurate customer invoicing related to pool and lease usage

• Develop and monitor regulatory inspection schedule

• Assist with data gathering, data integrity, analysis, and reporting

• Work closely with Customer Logistics Reps assisting with the Trip Monitoring Dashboard and make any necessary adjustments with Out of Network Chassis moves

• Implement controls and compliance metrics to reduce data issues and improve data quality fleet Billing

• Research and reconcile customer billing disputes Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

• Strong data processing skills

• Familiarity with Epic Software

• Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning software

• Experience in auditing and check processing

• Excellent communication skills

• Knowledge of compliance procedures and regulations
