We specialize in access control, intrusion, video surveillance, and fire alarm. We're seeking a growth-minded, detail-oriented Support Specialist to join our exceptional Operations team.
Position Purpose/Mission
The Operations Service Support Specialist is the primary customer service contact for Service customers and handles the Service scheduling and coordination for all service calls and inspections in Western Washington. Provides the appropriate administrative support for the technician once dispatched. Supports functions of the Operations department which includes but is not limited to: scheduling, dispatch, inventory control, customer support, and project & service implementation & coordination. This role engages with internal and external customers and develops and maintains familiarity with all activities within Operations.
What You'll Do
Communicate with customers through all phases of service or project implementation and ensure customer service commitments are met.
Coordinate with the Service Manager and Field Operations Manager on equipment tracking and inventory management of supplies to ensure efficiency of process.
Coordinate with the Service Manager and Field Operations Manager technician scheduling and communicate schedules with Technicians and customers.
Partner interdepartmentally to address/resolve administrative and operational requests
Perform multifaceted general office support and organization
Acquire knowledge of Absco service scopes to ensure appropriate policies and procedures are being adhered to on all projects and service items. Address liabilities and responsibilities accordingly.
Assist with management of permitting, documentation, project and service close-out, and be able to recognize changes in scopes of service and projects that require escalation to Operations management.
Review timecards, fleet tracking software, equipment allocation, and escalate any discrepancies or other known issues.
Provide data entry support for service metrics, which includes the collection, analysis, and distribution of reports to Operations leadership.
Track service renewals, service and inspection tracking and scheduling, service reporting, and central station monitoring coordination for the Service Department.
What You'll Bring
Two or more years administration support experience.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs.
Data analysis and abstract thinking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Experience working in a warehouse office environment (preferred)
Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
Possess and maintain a valid State-issued Driver’s License
