  What will you be doing?

  The Operations Reporting and Governance Manager will drive Operations growth opportunities and special efficiency projects for the Global Consumer Data Acquisition and Checkout Production teams. The position will apply forward-thinking and innovative approaches to continuous improvement, supporting expansion of global panels, receipt collection (ReceiptPal/CoinOut), and survey data sets.

  Job Responsibilities

  Responsible for defining requirements and delivering projects that grow results for Consumer Data Acquisition team.Analyze and identify opportunities for simplification by evaluating Consumer tools and platforms. Manage the development of new practices.Execute process mappings to standardize work and eliminate non-value tasks.Lead efforts to design streamlined procedures for key department communications, information sharing, notifications, and dashboarding.Examine processes and data sets to understand trends and patterns occurring in KPIs.Partner with cross-functional General Merch Consumer personnel to support enhancements and processes that make the team more efficient, including Receipt Panel growth backing.Coordinate and execute Consumer Data Acquisition growth activities, such as events, and communications.Support Checkout visibility of General Merchandise production in preparation of Complete data products and expansion needs of Receipt Data Collection team.Drive plan to expand corporate issue resolution process to Checkout/Complete data sets.Requirements

  Minimum of 3 - 5 years' work experienceMinimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant fieldExcellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to communicate at multiple levels (individuals, large groups, and upper management)Project management mindset - A proven 'get up and go' attitude; a self-starter who takes initiative, works independently, and effectively time-manages to achieve deadlines, troubleshoot issues, and problem-solve.Strong administrative skills essential, including organization, active listening, attention to detail and the capability to follow up on multiple action items to ensure conclusion.Capability to take apart processes, ask in-depth questions and analyze compositions to reconstruct work in streamlined ways.A demonstrated ability to build a rapport and develop trust with people and be collaborative -- experience working on complex cross-functional initiatives and with cross-functional teams and stakeholders required.Must possess a high level of learning agility to deal with complexity and has the flexibility to adapt to change. As this role continues to grow and evolve, the successful candidate must evolve accordingly.Experienced in database management and the Microsoft O365 Suite (including strong Excel and Power Platform skills).Knowledge of Consumer Surveys, app development lifecycles, Jira and SQL tables/scripts a plus.Circana Behaviors

  This position can be located in the following area(s): This position will be remote.

  The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

  The salary range for this role is $60,000.00 $80,000.00.

  This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
