Req Number ADM-24-00001 Open Date 1/11/2024 Description Minneapolis Clinic of Neurology, Ltd. (MCN) is seeking a Director of Operations to join our Administration team located in Golden Valley, MN. An essential member of senior leadership, the Director of Operations serves as a key advisor to the Executive Director, Clinic President and Board of Directors on matters related to the quality of patient care and Clinic site/service line operational efficiency, growth and development. This position provides strategic leadership on long range planning as well as makes recommendations and provides input on initiatives, systems, policies and programs impacting shareholders and the overall practice. Leads the operation of MCN's five Clinic sites and ancillary service lines including neurodiagnostic services (MRI/EEG/EMG) and rehabilitative services. Develops positive and collaborative relationships with other leaders, providers, support staff and business partners. Oversees and participates in activities related to daily operations, including patient service, provider support, problem resolution and overall performance. Works with site managers on facility planning and maintenance. Provides regular reports and updates at monthly Board of Directors meetings. Position Requirements Successful candidates will possess a BS/BA in accounting, finance, business administration or related field. Master's degree and/or CPA desired but not required. Must have a minimum of five years of director-level experience in a large complex physician practice or related healthcare environment to include finance, accounting and revenue cycle management. Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated leadership competencies and solid presentation skills. About the Organization Founded in 1955, the Minneapolis Clinic of Neurology is well known for the expertise we provide to patients who suffer from neurological diseases and disorders, including Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, Epilepsy, ALS, sleep disorders, stroke, headache and neck pain, and many others. Comprised of approximately 70 healthcare providers, MCN employs over 230 people in five locations throughout the Twin Cities area.
