Pomp's is actively searching for an Operations Manager to direct our team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our commercial tire operations. Job Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of Store location Maximize shop quality and productivity to meet monthly/annual goals Analyze tire problems and advise solutions Answer incoming calls and manage customer inquiries Assign tasks to service employees Assist with store inventory management Ensure service employees are properly trained Managing location staff, including hiring and discipline Maintain a clean workspace Additional tasks as assigned Job Requirements: Management and sales experience preferred Previous commercial tire experience strongly preferred Automotive/mechanical skills Excellent Interpersonal Skills Valid driver's license and ability to maintain driving record to Pomp's Tire Service standards Ability to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers Ability to read and verify work order information That's the promise which Pomp's Tire Service has made to its employees.
