　　L3Harris Poland is looking for a dynamic leader for our new business unit in Katowice. This position will manage the unit and will be responsible for the leadership of the employees. You will be responsible for oversite of trade processes and controls, focus on maximizing revenue, profit and growth for the business. You will develop, maintain and be responsible for business drivers such as improvement in sales and service quality; cross functional partnerships; improved efficiency; and attracting, developing and retaining top talent.

　　Desired Education and Experiences

　　Requires advanced business knowledge, general management, program management and leadership capability to lead business area or functional teams.

　　Typically has broad experience across multiple related professional disciplines within the organization, combining theory, past practical experience and the organization’s business practices.

　　Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 15 years of prior related experience.

　　Or Graduate Degree with a minimum of 13 years of prior related experience .
