　　The Role

　　Reporting to the Director of Procurement, this newly created role will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Procurement Shared Services Centre. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced shared services leader to join our team and oversee our transactional activities.

　　As the Procurement Shared Service Lead, you will manage the day-to-day operations of our shared service center, leading a talented team and ensuring effective collaboration and communication with our internal Business Owners and external vendors/partners. The Shared Services Manager will collaborate with various stakeholders to develop strategies and drive efficiencies and innovation to the overall department. The Procurement Shared Services Manager will continually review all purchasing policies and processes to make them more efficient and effective for the company.

　　Your day-to-day

　　Document and execute controls to ensure SOX compliance.

　　Leading a talented shared services team

　　Managing and optimising the Vendor Add process.

　　Centralising and optimizing the Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order process.

　　Create and execute supplier risk mitigation strategies to ensure vendor due diligence, compliance, and health checks are completed appropriately.

　　Orchestrate process for Vendor banking validation.

　　Planning, deploying, and supervising comprehensive purchasing functions.

　　Utilize critical thinking skills and analysis tools to assess spend and opportunities.

　　Lead and negotiate agreements with suppliers ensuring business and suppliers' adherence to existing agreements.

　　Own the relationship with the suppliers and conduct performance business reviews.

　　Able to present to internal stakeholders in a persuasive matter.

　　Be a point of contact for critical procurement issues.

　　Facilitate implementation of procurement projects/change initiatives to improve business performance and streamline processes.

　　What you bring to the team

　　Experience building and managing a procurement shared service team within a complex multinational organisation.

　　Coach mindset, hands-on approach to leading and training team members

　　Ability to build and manage relationships across the company.

　　Intimate knowledge of purchasing processes

　　Process-driven and detail-oriented

　　Well-versed in creating and implementing organizational transformational processes.
