About the role: We are currently looking for a customer focused and relationship builder to join our team. As an Associate Analyst, you will be responsible for establishing relationships and work effectively with others outside the organization.
As part of our commitment to providing five-star support to third-party test centers around the world, we provide assistance and create engagement to enhance the test center experience. Our goal is to increase Pearson VUE performance and assist third-party testing centers to become the leading testing companies in their areas.
As an Associate Analyst, you will be responsible for:
Respond to and facilitate needs of test centers in all aspects of test delivery
Provide account maintenance to resolve any internal customer requests pertaining to the Pearson VUE Test Center channel
Liaison between the business and the test center channel partner to help ensure compliance with Pearson VUE requirements.
Assist with Pearson VUE Test Center on-boarding
Assist with event-based testing capacity and Pearson VUE Test Center identification and preparation
Document processes as defined and recommend process changes
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
Extensive Customer Support and Relationship Management Experience (B2B experience is ideal!)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Influential and persuasive communication skills
Strong critical thinking skills
Excellent planning and multi-tasking skills
Strong creativity and problem-solving skills
Competence in Microsoft Office products (Word & Excel)
Experience in Analysis Documentation & Reporting ideal
Experience in Test Centre Operations preferred
