Description:

　　An equipment installation and fabrication company located in Central Wisconsin is looking for a unique Engineer to lead our team as an Operations Manager to a successful future. The Operations Manager will support day to day operations and long term projects.

　　Candidates must have an engineering degree, and prior work experience at a Millwork Contractor.

　　Candidates should have knowledge in:

　　-Project and equipment sales

　　-Autocad and Solidworks

　　-Operations of equipment

　　-Understanding of equipment repair

　　-Plant layouts and designs

　　-Millwright work at various facilities

　　-Fabrication processes and related equipment

　　-Scheduling of jobs/employees
