Job Title: Operations Manager
Pay Rate: $96,926 - $145,390 per year.

Operations Manager Summary:
Provide operations leadership to US metal distribution branches with the objective of continuous improvement to productivity, quality, safety and customer satisfaction.
Required Essential Operations Manager Skills/Experience:
• Strong leadership skills to lead and motivate the team to achieve organizational goals.
• Analytical skills to be able to analyze data, recognize patterns, and make informed decisions that improve operations in a timely manner.
• Strategic thinking to help develop detailed plans that align with the overall business strategy.
• Flexible and adaptable to change in the business environment to adjust operations accordingly.
• A strong customer focus on meeting customer needs and ensuring that operations are aligned with customer expectations.
• 5+ years of supervisory or management experience.
Required Essential Operations Manager Functions/Duties:
• Works with Warehouse Branch Managers to ensure accountability to financial and operational responsibilities.
• Is involved with equipment purchases and sourcing repairs to meet operational needs and fleet management.
• Initiates, facilitates, and follows up on improvement goals.
• Oversees vendor and purchasing related to service, supplies and consumables.
• Ensures that distribution branches are in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, ensuring consistency amongst the branches.
• Direct, train, and mentor.
• Periodic travel required.
• Proficient using computer applications.
Desired Skills/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in metals distribution.
