　　We are seeking an Operations Manager with a background in warehouse management systems, a knack for overseeing multiple reports, and proven expertise in managing logistics. 　　Responsibilities

　　Safely oversee and coordinate the movement of product throughout the warehouse, until dispatched on client order for activity.

　　Assist in monitoring the performance of operational staff

　　Track progress with regards to skills and training for all operational staff and lead by instruction and example.

　　Enforce systemic procedures, assure the accuracy of the inventory and the quality of the job being performed.

　　Handle, Pack, Move fine artwork around the facility.

　　Communicate with buyers and confrim shipments and packcages are safely packaged and ready to ship.

　　Ensure all trucks are running on time or reporting lateness occurs in advance.

　　Ensure all trucks should be adequately staffed and equipped.

　　Ensure that communication occurs if there are requirements for subcontractors in a timely manner.

　　The essential functions of this role include:
