We have operated in Colorado for more than 100years and today have mining and milling operations near Leadville, Kremmlingand Empire. Our Climax mine is located between Frisco and Leadville. OurHenderson mine and mill are an hour's drive apart - separated by theContinental Divide and a 15-mile conveyor system (10 miles isunderground). The Henderson mine is about 50 miles west of Denver and 10miles west of Empire, and the mill is located between Dillon and Kremmling.

　　DescriptionThis position supports operations and/or maintenance in mine and processingareas in an industrial setting. Duties may include housekeeping, operationof processing/mobile equipment, and materials handling. Employees willwork in fast-paced environments where there are many activities taking placeat one time and where work tasks may change many times during a work shift.This position will work under direct supervision where the primary objectiveis safe production.- Area housekeeping to include tasks such as shoveling, hosing and digging- Operation of processing/mobile equipment- Material lifting/handling- Operation of hand/power tools- Equipment/facility maintenance- Additional responsibilities and duties may be assigned according tobusiness need.

　　No work experience requiredMust have completed academic and practical competencies required (thisincludes Line of Progression requirements for internal employees where LOPExists) and have experience demonstrating the required aptitude. Theselected candidate shall demonstrate the ability to apply knowledge and skillswhile also passing a written assessment where required.
