　　Direct the Operations Department and staff to strengthen market sharesand achieve new customers involving companys chains and sprocketsrelated products. Develop business plans and sales strategies for theNorth America market that ensures attainment of company sales goals andprofitability. Manage and conduct training of sales associates andevaluate their performance and development. Conduct market research toidentify targeted market share growth, expansion opportunities, anddetermine suitable price schedules and discount rates. Develop, plan andimplement operations sales marketing plans to support company\'sdistribution channels and monitor customer preferences to determineefficiency of sales efforts. Initiate and coordinate development andimplementation of sales and marketing plans to penetrate new markets inNorth America. Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on allcompleted prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, andreview operational data reports to project sales while striving tomaintain maximum profit margin.
