　　On-Site Only! You must be able to come into the office Monday - Friday from 7:00 am - 3:30 pm PST. We don't offer remote work.

　　Responsibilities & Requirements:

　　As an Operations Coordinator, you will work directly with our Operations Team to ensure our tech stack, team, and offices are running smoothly at all times. You will ensure our Tech Stack is performing optimally and if/when an issue arises, you HANDLE IT, provide top-shelf service to all in need, help with onboarding processes to ensure each new team member is set up for success, produce and maintain reporting and presentation documents, handle all building-related items, ensure AV is running perfectly for all meetings, and work with the Leadership team to share insights for efficiency, productivity and improving our customer and employee experiences.

　　You're a complex problem solver/outside-the-box thinker, especially with tech

　　Proficient in G-Suite Admin Console and Sheets/Docs/Slides

　　Strong technical equipment skills (Apple Laptops, Bluetooth Headsets, A/V Equipment)

　　You're an efficient and highly organized self-starter who thrives in challenging situations and FAST-paced environments

　　Experience with company Tech Stack Applications (Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoom, & More)

　　You love feedback and you're always looking to reach new heights
