CLA is seeking to hire a Learning Curriculum Associate! This role partners with a Learning Curriculum Senior or Learning Curriculum Director to provide guidance and project management for the design of internal learning curriculum and events. The individual in this role should come with an innovative approach to learning curriculum development. They have a high degree of responsibility and decision making to ensure that learning events are organized, planned, and executed successfully. Works to establish and maintain the highest standards of quality and strives to provide effective, innovative, and efficient learning programs for the firm. Has a natural customer service approach to interactions with internal clients at all levels, Learning & Development team members, and vendors as required. How you'll create opportunities in this Learning Curriculum Associate role: Curriculum Management: Partners with the business on learning event content and session details. Ensure learning needs are met by developing relationships with specific business units. Evaluates participant's feedback from learning events and make appropriate changes. Manages project details for variety of learning events at any given time. Selects appropriate instructional procedures and/or methods in the development of training, and use various software applications to assemble, manipulate, and format information and presentations. Estimates project scopes, timelines, resource requirements, and constraints/risks. Utilizes adult learning techniques in the development and delivery of training plans and curriculums. Demonstrates knowledge of current techniques and procedures used in the design and development of technical curriculum. Curriculum Development: Establishes and sustains relationships with a variety of subject matter experts to solicit content, define and sequence instructional content and strategies, create design documents that specify learning objectives, and design and develop materials to support both facilitators and participants in instructor led, blended, and online learning programs. Identifies and analyzes training and performance needs; recommends solutions, instructional strategies, and media; and develop and implement training and evaluate solutions. Event Coordination: Works as an integrated member of the Learning & Development Team to ensure all learning events are seamless and understanding, prioritize and execute the operational requirements of CLA learning events. Staff learning events including but not limited to: work registration tables, set up classrooms, prep instructors and chaperone evening events. Manages the appropriate documentation for learning events to ensure continuing education credit is received. Learning Operations: Delegates work to members of the Learning & Development Team. Strong organization and management skills to proactively manage and prioritize course development activities for multiple courses with firm deadlines. Leads projects to meet schedule, budget, and quality standards. Works independently and handles multiple projects simultaneously. Maintains confidentiality and collaborates with fellow team members. Works in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Highly adaptable, mobile, positive, resilient, and creative thinker, who is open to new ideas. Communicates effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing. Other project work as assigned. . What you will need: Experienc 2 years relevant experience; professional services environment preferred. Innovation solutions mindset and/or experience is preferred. Education Bachelor's degree or related experience. Certifications / Licenses None required. Technical Competencies Strong computer aptitude including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools. Organizational Interfaces This role reports to the Director of Learning Curriculum. They do not have any direct reports. Collaborates as an integral member of the Learning and Development Team Travel Requirements * This position requires 25% travel.
