We're establishing three Legal Powerhouses in Bangalore, Mexico City and Barcelona, which will be an integral part of the Legal Function and provide defined, structured services to our other lawyers and to the wider business.
JOB PURPOSE

You will be part of the Unilever Legal Powerhouse, a team that we're currently enlarging at our dynamic Barcelona office, consisting of around 10 colleagues of diverse nationalities. This team is an integral part of Unilever's Legal Function, a global operation consisting of approximately lawyers and specialists.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE Validating and maintaining accurate data within the contract management database.Presenting data and creating reports.Simplification and innovation; supporting innovation and use of technology to simplify and improve the provision of legal services.Guiding new users on how to use Unilever's contract management tool.Managing and monitoring of support mailboxes to resolve business user issues.Participate in quality checks to ensure operational processes meet established standards and address any discrepancies or issues.Preparing reports, PowerPoint presentations, and summaries as requested.Engaging with and supporting our Legal Associates across the 3 Legal Powerhouse locations.General administrative and office support as required. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications Strong communication skills in Spanish, Portuguese, and English languages.Capable with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.PreferablePrior experience as a Legal Administration / Operations Assistant would be beneficial.Prior experience of using ServiceNow, DocuSign and Salesforce would be beneficial, although full training will be provided. Skills To be a pro-active self-starter who is able to work autonomously.
