Responsibilities Assists management with the operation of facility in accordance with established procedures. Issues, receives and controls cash receipts and change funds; verifies cash count of funds turned in by cashiers. Determines cash shortage or overages. Assures only authorized patrons utilize the facilities. Submits daily report of operations. Assists in setting up parties according to party plan. May assist bartenders in setting up bars and/or cashier's bag. Completes Daily Activity Report. Completes fire safety checks and secures the facility. May monitor inventories, place and receive food and beverage orders using Food track or similar software. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Candidates must possess: 1. Progressively responsible duties in the receipt, disbursement, examination, deposit, custody or other processing of cash items. 2. Must meet state/local age requirements for the serving of alcoholic beverage at the time of appointment. Minimum age for State of Oklahoma is 21 years of age. 3. Skill in providing customer service. 4. Ability to communicate effectively. Highly Preferred: 1. Do you have work experience in managing resale inventory? AND 2. Do you have work experience in point-of-sale cash drawer balancing? AND 3. Do you have experience bartending? Experience must be reflected in your resume in order to be considered. Pay-Band (NF or CY) Allowances and Differentials This is a pay-banded position. Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. If authorized, only regular (full-time, part-time, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay. When authorized, Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday). Night differential may be authorized by the Garrison Commander.
